1. Fill out the Registration Form at any Jollibee branch and pay P100 membership fee to become a member of the Jollibee Kids Club (JKC). 

2. All new members are entitled to a JKC Happy Plus Card. JKC membership is valid for 3 years. Existing JKC members need to apply for new membership and pay the P100 membership fee in order to get the JKC Happy Plus Card. Note: Card does not contain the name of the member.

3. Load the card by paying directly at the counter. Once loaded, the card can now be used by the member.

4. Members can check their balance by tapping their card on the Happy Plus Terminal inside the store. Note: If there’s no Happy Plus Terminal in the store, then that means the store does not accept transactions via the JKC Happy Plus Card. 

5. Members can also check their balance/points and build their profile in the Happy Plus Website (www.happyplus.com.ph)

1. What is happyplüs?

happyplüs is JFC’s customer loyalty program that rewards members with points every time they eat in Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking and Red Ribbon establishments in Metro Manila. The points can then be used as currency for any item sold in any of the participating stores.

2. How do I become a member?

Buy a happyplüs Membership Kit at any cashier counter of Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking and Red Ribbon establishments in Metro Manila for only P 100. Fill out the enclosed Membership Application Form and submit to the cashier counter of Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking and Red Ribbon establishments in Metro Manila. You can also register online at www.happyplus.com.ph.

3. What is the duration of the membership?

Membership in happyplüs is valid for three (3) years from date of application.

4. Can I renew my membership?

To renew for another three (3) years, simply go to any cashier’s counter of Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking and Red Ribbon and pay the P 100 renewal fee using cash or points.

5. How do I earn points?

Just use your happyplüs Card in paying your bill in any participating Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking and Red Ribbon store. For every P 50 purchase you earn one (1) happyplüs point. One (1) happyplüs point = P 1. No Card, No Points.

6. How do I redeem?

Just go to any participating store and after ordering advise the cashier that you will be utilizing your happyplüs points for payment of your food order.

7. How do I join the monthly raffle?

Raffle entries will automatically be awarded every time you load.

8. How do I check my happyplüs purse and points balance?

You may go to any participating store and tap your card in any card reader. It will automatically display your purse and point balance. Your happyplüs points balance is also printed in your official receipt every time you do a load or payment transaction. You may also visit and log on to www.happyplus.com.ph to manage your account online, find out your latest transactions and card balance, and check all the pertinent information regarding your happyplüs card.

9. What happens if I lose my card?

Your card is good as cash. All happy points and happy purse loaded in the card will be lost as well.

10. What happens if I damage my card? Can I have it replaced?

For replacement of damaged card caused the system error, surrender the card to the cashier counter of any participating store of Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich and Red Ribbon.

Terms and Conditions


1. “No card, no transaction” All happypoints and happyload transactions can only be used when the happyplus card is present.

2. Card is valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

3. Happypload and Happypoints on card will be automatically forfeited if cardholder fails to renew within 60 days from date of expiry.

4. The HappyPlus card is good as cash, if it is lost, all happypoints and happypload will be lost as well.

5. To replace a defective card, surrender the card to the cashier counter of any participating store of Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich and Red Ribbon. Damaged cards will be validated by H.O. and will be replaced for free if found defective within 15 days.

6. A damaged card caused by cardholder’s mishandling will be considered a lost card. All happyload and happypoints will be forfeited.

7. The happyplus program is not responsible for any unauthorized use of lost cards.

8. The happyplus program deserves the right to amend or withdraw the privileges, promotions and terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. Cardholder privileges cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other on-going promotions unless specifically stated by happyplus program.

10. Cardholders are qualified to join the raffle promotion only when the card is registered.
